The project that GIEMME MACHINERY S.r.l. intends to implement represents an important revolution in the company’s approach to digitization and technological innovation. The goal is to improve business processes, through the adoption of solutions based on Artificial Intelligence (AI), with a focus on the optimization and automation of customer service and business communication management. The project involves the design, development and implementation of a conversational AI chatbot. In conclusion, this project will enable Giemme Machinery to consolidate itself as a technologically advanced company, increasing efficiency, competitiveness and global visibility. The adoption of AI-based solutions will enable the company to improve customer support efficiency, optimize business management, and enhance digital communication, with a positive impact on the competitiveness of the entire production chain.
